a wonderful documentary.... a must see...but it forgot me......

I got to watch this documentary last night and i was impressed. the only thing that i find impressive was that the show defined the boomers as people born between 1946 and 1964 though i think that there is much contention on this, as some will say to me that i am not a boomer and i was born in 1955 or I am a tail end boomer, though most of them say I am not a boomer, but the show says it goes all the way to 1964, yeah okay. But I do think the show was about the ones in at least the first 8-9 yrs. I did not take into account of the people coming of age in the beginning of the 70's the ones that followed the initial on slot of boomers. You had Rob Reiner talking about not having TV when he was born, most of us did have it when we were born. Vietnam was over when we left High school. When we left college it was not opportunity galore as it was for those in the 60's. As most companies were laying off people (unemployment in the late 70's remember?) and no-one trusted young inexperienced people to work. The big statement was the boomers are turning 60. 10 yrs ago it was the boomers are turning 50, but here were are this forgotten part of the boomer generation (hey they were still having lots of kids then, we had to go to mobile class rooms), the sub boomers, the ones that got the scraps. We were not even mentioned in this documentary. But it was a wonderful documentary to watch, having always lived in the shadows and always being forgotten.
