Although the episode of Cops takes place in 2003 (before Earl began his list) it shows Nescobar-A-Lop-Lop complaining in English that he was tricked into eating pork. Nescobar is not supposed to have learned English until after he took an English class taught by Earl. Earl does not teach this class until after he has started his list, which was after the filming of the fictional Cops episode.
Since Darnell is in the Witness Protection Program, it highly unlikely that his grandmother lives in Camden County, therefore he wouldn't be living there with her.
Timothy Stack claims in this episode that IMDb lists 63 acting credits for him. However, the episode was set in 2003, at which point he would have had 57 acting credits.
