  Phillip Bauer : [Before Jack leaves the room]  she's probably with Josh: his taking the death of his father pretty hard. Leave him alone, let him grieve in peace. I'll make call to some of the company executives about Gredenko, maybe Graem shared "something" I wasn't privy to

• Phillip Bauer : [Over the phone]  we've got a problem: Gredenko's here

  Kozelek Hacker : In LA? Are you sure?

  Phillip Bauer : Yeah, only they don't know where he is. We've got to get to him before they do. If Gredenko implicates me, everything, the company I founded, spent my life protecting is over, do you understand?

  Kozelek Hacker : Yes, I'll put a team together

  Phillip Bauer : I'll monitor CTU from here. If I hear anything, I'll call you

  Kozelek Hacker : Yes sir

  Phillip Bauer : I don't care what you have to do, you find Gredenko and you kill him

  Marilyn Bauer : Ok

  Phillip Bauer : Your involved is something that's much bigger than you could possibly imagine. So here's the deal: unless you do "exactly" what I say I will hurt Josh.
