As a vile, pure-blood wizard and loyal servant to He Who Must Not Be Named, Lucius Malfoy is a character that leaps off the page for all the wrong reasons. Throughout J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter saga, Malfoy senior is a constant thorn in Harry’s side, and it’s really a testimony to Jason Isaacs – and Rowling’s source material, of course – that Lucius comes across as a deeply complex and compelling nemesis.

Daniel Radcliffe, star of the "Harry Potter" films has proven himself to be a good sport about a lot of things, but this goes above and beyond. In the best video clip of the week, Radcliffe reads erotic "Harry Potter" fan fiction on Bravo's "Watch What Happens: Live."
In January, Radcliffe's co-star Ralph Fiennes, aka He Who Must Not Be Named read some erotic "Potter" fan fiction in his jammies. In this clip, they show the video of that to Radcliffe, who gamely agrees to read some as well.
Last time it was Voldemort and Harry. This time, Harry confesses his love for Ron. When asked if he read any erotic "Potter" fan fiction, Radcliffe laughs, "I am aware of it, but I don't ... it would be weird if I was reading that at home!" In the second clip, he discusses on-stage shrinkage. Ahem. If you recall, Radcliffe received outstanding...

* Guillermo del Toro has been eyeing Willem Dafoe and Rob Kazinsky to add to the star power of Pacific Rim. Me, they had me at monsters. And Idris Elba. No, I’m not obsessed. I can put down my Luther dvds anytime I want to , thankseverso.
* Miss Harry Potter? Of course you do! But never fear, Daniel Radcliffe has shot out of the starting gate and into other projects. Though you’d have to travel to...

Daniel Radcliffe in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2"
The end of the "Harry Potter" franchise comes to one kind of end on July 15, but it all ended in a different way on Sunday night (June 5), when an exclusive clip from "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2" that aired during the 2011 MTV Movie Awards.
Part of the seen should already be familiar since it appears in the first "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" full-length trailer that came out last year: Harry Potter walks through the Forbidden Forest to be killed by Voldemort. "The boy who lives," He Who Must Not Be Named says, "come to die." But that was merely a tease for the full clip that fans saw during the Movie Awards, where "Part 1" was up for six Golden Popcorns.

"The boy who lives," He Who Must Not Be Named says, "come to die." But that was merely a tease for the full clip that fans saw during the Movie Awards, where "Part 1" was up for six Golden Popcorns.

Entering Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 (in theaters July 15), the filmmakers behind what’s certain to be one of the biggest films of the decade faced the challenge — and daunting pressure — of finishing strong, of sticking the landing, of simply not screwing up the ending. But director David Yates had more to sweat than just making sure that the final battle between Not-a-boy/Not-yet-a-man wizard-in-training Harry (Daniel Radcliffe) and He Who Must Not Be Named/Oh, Boo! It’S Voldemort Already! (Ralph Fiennes) was certifiably magical. The climactic novel in J.K. Rowling’s blockbuster book series actually ends...

When "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" draws to a close, don't expect the proceedings to end with the battle against He Who Must Not Be Named.
There's much more to play with in the "Potter" universe beyond the Voldemort conflict. We're talking, of course, about the epilogue, a sequence where — Spoiler Alert! — we're invited to see what happened to the survivors of the war against the Dark Lord in the years that followed the Battle of Hogwarts.
The epilogue is easily one of the most highly anticipated scenes in all of "Deathly Hallows: Part 2," so when we spoke with "Potter" producers David Barron and David Heyman at CinemaCon in Las Vegas this week, we made sure to ask them about it. After the jump, find out three interesting facts we learned about how the "Harry Potter" saga will come to a close!

Quick, close your eyes! Too late? Oh, well. If you know anything about the magical world of Harry Potter that J.K. Rowling created, then you already know that everything that has come before in the Warner Bros. movie adaptations has been leading up to the inevitable confrontation between "The Boy Who Lived," aka Harry Potter (played by Daniel Radcliffe), and "He Who Must Not Be Named," aka Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes). Now, Brazilian pop culture site Judao has posted online a leaked image from the set—note the very un-Potter sepia color of the image and the set piece at the back right-hand side of the stage—of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 that depicts a haggard but determined Harry Potter marching through the rubble of what was once Hogwarts, wand in hand, surrounded by bodies, during what can only be the climactic final battle between Harry and Voldemort.

There are few franchises that make us squee the way Harry Potter does. Twilight? Not really (sorry, Kate Spencer). The Hunger Games? We love it, but it still can’t hold a candle to the epic battle between The Boy Who Lived and He Who Must Not Be Named. So we’re thrilled and sad to watch this preview of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part Two because while we’re really excited to see it, it’s the end of an era. The movie comes out on July 15, 2011, after which point, Ralph Fiennes will finally get his nose back.

Does the new Minka Kelly/Leighton Meester thriller “The Roommate” look like “Fatal Attraction” for the college set?
Yes, and there’s nothing wrong with that. In fact, “The Roommate,” in which “Gossip Girl” star Meester plays a college student who becomes obsessed with her roommie (Kelly), promises to be another fine entry in the sub-genre of psychological thrillers we actually think of as the “Pwf” flick: Psycho White Females.
You know ‘em: those crazy movie villainesses who wreak havoc on the men, women and children (and sometimes poor, innocent bunnies) around them, usually on the heels of some brief or imagined love relationship.
In honor of “The Roommate,” we’re counting down our nine favorite PWFs who’ve come before them.
9. Erika Christensen, ‘Swimfan’ (2002)
“Fatal Attraction” for high schoolers? Check, as Christensen’s Madison is a girl who knows what, or rather who, she wants, and will go to any lengths to get him.

Wizards! Horcruxes! Spoilers! Louisa offers our spoiler-filled take on Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1...
Warning! Lots of spoilers lie ahead for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1!
The past week hasn’t exactly seen a vacuum of opinion on the successes and failures of the new Harry Potter film. Reviewers have been wagging their fingers at saggy pacing, whilst oohing and aahing over a selection of stunning sequences. Cinemagoers have found the amputated plot both a frustration and a blessed relief. We must have heard every possible variation as to whether one, some, or none of its three young leads can actually act yet.
Add to this endless replays of a tedious debate about whether the act of splitting the book into two films stems from narrative necessity or outrageous commercial greed (final verdict? six of one, half a dozen of the other), and you could be...

Leave it to hard nose, take no guff entertainment reporter Judd Apatow to uncover the real dirt on Harry Potter. Apatow, best known as the writer and director of films such as The 40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up and Funny People, recently did an interview related to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 . In the interview, he was able to unearth a vital piece of information we'd all suspected but were never able to prove. Daniel Radcliffe isn't Daniel Radcliffe at all. He is, in fact, Harry Potter. The Boy Who Lived. The Chosen One. The mortal enemy of He Who Must Not Be Named. Harry Potter is real, ladies and gentleman, and he moonlights as a serious actor named "Daniel Radcliffe." The fact that the interview appeared on some site called Funny or Die doesn't change the facts that Apatow has uncovered. See the truth revealed after the jump.

"These are dark times, there is no denying." The newest trailer for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows has arrived and Harry (Daniel Radcliffe), Ron (Rupert Grint) and Hermione (Emma Watson) are setting out on the deadly mission to destroy the Horcruxes, the source of Lord Voldemort's (Ralph Fiennes) immortality. This time, the three will venture out to fight He Who Must Not Be Named without the protection of Dumbledore or their other Hogwarts' professors. And from the looks of things, they face an uphill fight, with the Dark Forces and the Death Eaters hell-bent on destroying them. The Boy Who Lived is coming face to face with his destiny, and we can't wait to start the journey with...

Daniel Radcliffe had been afraid of this. Probably for years. That final walk into a sinister forest as Harry Potter faces off against Lord Voldemort at the end of "Deathly Hallows." It's the scene Harry has been building to since He Who Must Not Be Named killed his parents and the boy wizard landed at Hogwarts.
"I'm kind of dreading [it], because I don't know still how I'm going to do that," Radcliffe told MTV News about shooting the scene.
That was back in July of 2009. By early the following year, Radcliffe had completed the anxiety-inducing scene. But it was no easy task, taking six full days of shooting to get the epic Harry vs.

The latest Harry Potter trailer is out, and while any footage of Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint togther excites our good little Hogwarts hearts, it's not as eerie as the first one. And is it just us, or is Ralph Fiennes' Voldemort getting less and less scary and more and more like our Uncle Morty? Still creepy, but not really in the terrifying He Who Must Not Be Named way. What really matters is what you think—will you be apparating into theaters for Part I this fall?...

Harry Potter star looks set for leading role in All Quiet on the Western Front remake
He has fought to vanquish the forces of He Who Must Not Be Named and battled the nefarious Slitherins on the Quidditch pitch. Now Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe is set to take part in an even more fearsome conflict – he's signed on to star in a remake of the Oscar-winning first world war tale All Quiet on the Western Front, according to Variety.
Based like the original 1930 film on German war veteran Erich Maria Remarque's novel, the new version will catalogue the physical and mental stress experienced by German soldiers during the war, as well as their detachment from civilian life upon returning home from the front. It has been penned by the fledgling British writing team of Ian Stokell and Lesley Paterson.

Daniel Radcliffe is taking this whole song and dance thing very, very seriously. Just how seriously? Well, now that he's wrapped the Harry Potter saga with the upcoming two-part finale Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Radcliffe is jumping into the Broadway revival of How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying. The show, which starred Matthew Broderick during a previous run on the Great White Way, is tentatively set to open next spring. But that's old news already. The new news is this: he's interested in appearing on Glee (TV). Harry Potter, a Gleek? Radcliffe dueting with Lea Michele? What would He Who Must Not Be Named think of that? Actually, Voldemort probably would want to be on Glee, too, come to think of it. But we digress. Plus, it's not like it's a done deal with Radcliffe. Far, far from it. He merely stated, when Access Hollywood caught...

It’s heeeeere! We are so excited, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is finally here!! While some of our FABLife colleagues are smitten with Twilight, our personal fiction obsession is Harry Potter and his quest to triumph over He Who Must Not Be Named. We’ve been waiting quite a while for the Wizarding World theme park in Orlando to open as part of Universal Studios, and the cast of the films were on hand for the ribbon cutting yesterday. Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, J.K. Rowling and basically everyone except Emma Watson appeared to be there. Even Joey Fatone showed up, good old Joey. Not like he was busy. We love that in the group photo above, the most important element of the Potter books is present - butter beer. Sweet, honey-colored nectar of the wizards. For some shots of the park and the rest of the cast, check...

With every new glimpse of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1" it becomes more and more apparent that the final two chapters of the Potter story will be the darkest and most intense yet. The latest clip, which debuted during the MTV Movie Awards Sunday (June 6), showed that a major portion of the first of the final two Potter films will be focused on the ominous relationship between Harry and He Who Must Not Be Named, Voldemort. It's fitting, given that over the course of roughly a decade (seven books, soon-to-be eight films) Harry Potter has lived in the shadow of the dark wizard who killed his parents.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009), the latest international blockbuster based on J.K. Rowling's novels about the adventure of a boy wizard and his pals, has apparated on DVD. Harry, Ron, and Hermione have had to grow up fast throughout the Potter saga, but nowhere more than in this story -- the darkest, most violent and disturbing yet. Lord Voldemort is on the loose, his threat now obvious to everyone, Muggles included, and Harry stands in the way of He Who Must Not Be Named coming to power once and for all. In fact, a showdown with Voldemort is inevitable, and Dumbledore, aware that his days are numbered, must race the clock to prepare Harry for the occasion. The film is solid, but be warned that more than any of its predecessors, it's a bridge film. It holds up on its own merits, but everything about it (much like the book,...

Click above to watch the 'Half-Blood Prince' Trailer. Blame it on "He Who Must Not Be Named" -- the release date for 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince,' the sixth 'Harry Potter' movie, has been pushed back from November 2008 to July 2009. Warner Bros. President and CEO Alan Horn said Thursday that the studio hoped to make 'Half-Blood Prince' a mid-summer tent-pole release, and also cited the recent Writers Strike as another reason for pushing the release back. The studio noted that the two-part production and release of 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,' the seventh 'Harry Potter' book, will not be affected by the move of 'Half-Blood Prince.' The sixth 'Harry Potter' film finds the boy wizard in his sixth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where he discovers a mysterious book belonging to "The Half-Blood Prince" and learns more about Lord Voldemort's (Ralph Fiennes) dark past.
