One of the Better Episodes

When a record producer/thug has his son kidnapped, the FBI moves in. Don is in counseling and has no part in this one other than revealing a lot about himself. This is suspenseful and has some really neat aspects. Much of it being the one hour deadline under which everyone must work.

One of my favorite episodes so far!

Excellent job utilizing the entire team without Don with his impromptu session with the therapist proving the team can get the job done without him, which he somewhat comes to realize on his own; which is underscored by the team not bothering to fill him in on what happened while he was away. I also realized after it was over that there was no Alan or Millie involved. Rare episode without Dad being part of the plot. Well written. Excellent teamwork on Charlie and Amita's end figuring out the maze part of the scheme. Just now working my way through the series and this one's gonna be hard to top; I still have a long way to go.(My wife got me hooked on the show 😁)

could have been better

Leaving the goober wendell pierce out of this episode would have improved it tremendously ... lousy ex cops make lousy shrinks ... the team solves a kidnapping and ransom case without don ... yea team
