Minister of Culture Brian Mikkelsen opens the show with a speech, praising Mikael Bertelsen as the most influential TV Host ever. No less than a few minutes later Mikael Bertelsen find himself interrupting the first interview with designer Stine Goya, and leaves the studio. He seeks help from various therapists and spiritual advisers who help him confront his inner fears and anxieties.

Mikael Bertelsen shows footage from dk4's live talk show "Snak med Jørn Hjorting" in which he phones Hjorting and invites him to become his mentor. Acupuncturist Manja Jurkowski relieves Bertelsen from his anxieties. Mads Brügger joins Bertelsen at the end of the show.

Bertelsen celebrates the first anniversary of the Danish Mohammed crisis. Comedian Frank Hvam is guest and it turns out he actually started the whole crisis. Vox-pop on the street in which Bertelsen asks people if they have ever heard about or seen his show. No one have. Mads Brügger joins the table and shows cartoons of a man who is NOT Mohammed, and points out the cartoon artist already IS dead.

Critically acclaimed artist Olafur Eliasson guests the 11th Hour. Mads Brügger joins Bertelsen at the end of the show, and together they open DR's brand new Concert Hall before it's even completed, presenting cello player Samira Dayyani and a choir of construction workers performing "Kringsat af fjender".

Neither Bertelsen or the producers were terribly happy with Bertelsen's performance in the previous episode when he interviewed Olafur Eliasson. According to Bertelsen, he didn't pick up on what Olafur had to say. He ignored him and skipped rapidly to his next prepared questions. Thus, Bertelsen invites him once again - to redo the live interview!
