- Disgusting foods and stuff that Gordon inspects on any restaurant's kitchen every episode can be disturbing and repugnant.
- Gordon's enfant terrible behaviour are intense to watch.
- "Kitchen Nightmares" got its name because the restaurants that Gordon visits every episode have bad hygiene, financial problems (some episodes), repulsive foods that Gordon eats and their customers didn't like the food (every first and middle part of the episode).
- The U.K. version of this show is more intense than the U.S. version.
