  Doug Knowles : Ninety minutes ago, Jonas was handing down his new strategy to the board. He" stonewalled" the government: they got no cooperation whatsoever, I can't believe this is "happening"

  Jack Bauer : Sir, this is "happening" and I promise you the weapons are on your base. Do you have any idea where they might be?

  Jack Bauer : Madam President, I'm afraid that's not the case: our search was stopped by armed mercenaries on Starkwood's base. Agent Moss and his men were forced to withdraw from a firefight they most certainly would've lost

  President Allison Taylor : Are you saying Hodges' men were ready to fire on federal agents?

  Jack Bauer : Yes ma'am, that's correct

  President Allison Taylor : My God, who does he think he is?

  Jack Bauer : Madam President, despite the "setback", I'm confident the weapons are still there. I reached out to Starwood's chairman: his willing to cooperate, his with Tony Almeida now. Their moving to a secure area on the base where we believe the weapons are being held

  President Allison Taylor : Very good. Tim, what's our troop status?

  Tim Woods : Mobilizing, Secretary of Defense says they're still several hours out

  President Allison Taylor : At which point we have a war on our hands, with fifteen hundred mercenaries armed with bio weapons

  Jack Bauer : Madam President, I do believe a surgical airstrike could work: as long as we pinpoint the exact location of the weapon

  President Allison Taylor : Jack, we have got to get this part right

  President Allison Taylor : I've been told you were exposed to the pathogen? How are you doing?

  Jack Bauer : Right now I'm fine madam President, thank you for asking
