  • A woman lands on the roof of a car while it's speeding towards a stone wall; when the car collides, a surfboard on the roof of the car is dislodged and speeds towards the woman's head. She screams before her head explodes into bundles of blood and gore, and her severed head falls to the ground.
  • A girl gets her head ripped off by her getting stuck in between a crack in a wall and when people try to pull her down her neck rips open and head falls off with blood spraying.
  • A man's head is set on fire and he's thrown into a lake near a boat; the propeller nears his head and as he yells out underwater, it shreds his face. Very brief but very graphic, the camera cuts away quickly to blood pooling.
  • A chandelier falls onto a man and hits his head, one of the antlers impales the back of his head and impaled through his mouth. Buckets of blood pour onto a nearby character.
  • A man's arms are sliced off with a machete, with blood spraying everywhere, before he is stabbed in the midsection and killed.
  • Several people have their skin and faces melt in brutal bloody detail until their bodies and heads explode.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • A teen boy gets a needle of prescribed drugs put into his shoulder, he later wakes up and chugs coffee and loses the effect.
