Dumb, disgusting and ugly-looking
Rodrigo_Amaro28 January 2023
Ugly-looking, cheap-ass disgusting music video that is only known to fans of the German punk rock group and enthusiasts for Brit robber Ronald Biggs, at the time an escapee living wild and free in Brazil as a celebrity of sorts ever since the 1970's up until 2001 when he decided to return to UK to face prison for a classic train robbery in the early 1960's.

Biggs was what brought me to this insane waste of video since there's so little about except for old news footage here and there, and I remember as kid every couple of years people used to talk about him, find his whereabouts or his next ventures (he even recorded some songs with some unknown artists, and in this one he actually sings for a little while and he was quite good).

The song is manageable to hear, a fine punk track but seeing those guys in Rio with either chrome-key effects that makes things look cheap and ugly, or one of their members opening his mouth showing the food he's eating, it made me really sick. Punk is about attitude and sure there can be challenge in doing what others consider offensive and even some ugliness, but just showing some nauseating shock value without a significant protest or a challenge to the system is just idiotic and stupid. One of the dumbest music videos I ever seen and without any good appeal. No worthy of attention neither if you're a Biggs enthusiast following his past in Brazil. 2/10.
