This documentary was an adequate intro to the subject back in 2008 but is sadly outdated in 2018. Two of the three programs it describes (Constellation and Ares V) have already been cancelled by NASA. The docu also uses a lot of (for my taste) rather crude CGI while showing almost none of the Martian landscape footage taken by the various rovers. This is unfortunate as the actual footage has an innately epic quality that transcends whatever format it's in.
