If people are dancing and they have about a minute to do so, why do the cameras show shots of the judges? It's not like they are singing and we can hear their voices. The music they are dancing to is not important. So let's look at the judges only when they are talking.

The middle one is an evil person who thinks that Simon Cowell is evil so she can be. Simon is not evil, he is brutally honest. The one man seems lost. He tries to give respect to the contestants, but he is alone.
Finally, this show is a stretch of American Idol and it doesn't cut it. Everybody can sing a little but very few can dance at all. So the bad is not funny, just bad and unwatchable.
