When first visiting the tire plant Booth is dressed in a suit and tie. After questioning the workers he is suddenly in jeans and a T-Shirt.
At the end, Booth is waving his right hand around as he's talking to Bones. In some shots he is holding a pacifier, but in others his hand is empty.
Booth states that it is illegal for a Pawn Shop to buy guns. In truth, most Pawn Shops, especially in rural areas, have a Federal Firearms License specifically so they can buy and sell firearms.
(at around 24 mins) As Angela matches the key to the bank the computer screen says it is located in "Petersberg, WV", the correct spelling is "Petersburg".
(at around 30 mins) When Bones is giving the baby a bottle, there is clearly no milk or liquid in the bottle; seems to be just a piece of white paper. In fact, when you first see bones giving the baby the bottle, the line of the paper is clearly evident, then it's seen again in a closer-up shot a few seconds later. Also, the level in the bottle never drops, and no air (or space) can be seen in the bottle. Liquid moves or sloshes around in a bottle and air bubbles would at least be visible.
In the opening scene, when Booth and Bones are at the crash, the officer identifies himself as 'Sheriff'. However, he is clearly wearing a State Trooper uniform (the patch on the sleeve says 'State Trooper', the state cannot be made out). It is a generic grayish blue uniform, whereas West Virginia State Trooper uniforms are green with triangular patches. Additionally, one of the firefighters is wearing a New York State fire department uniform.
(at around 24 mins) Bones says that the bank is in "Petersburg" one town away from "Huntsville" in West Virginia. Huntsville is almost 90 miles southwest of Petersburg and almost an hour and three quarters drive.
Several times throughout the series a policeman will be shown wearing a Pennsylvania State Police uniform, even though the scene does not take place in Pennsylvania. In S3E12 (The Baby in the Bough) one such trooper introduces himself as a county sheriff instead.
