Extremely Stupid and Overrated..

Such lazy writing and story telling, I have seen my kids school play having better twists and thrills than this movie. Its not that its predictable there are many thrillers that are predictable but still nice to watch for how its executed this movie is an example of how to not make a thriller movie a total guide.

A VERY amateur crime thriller

Don't waste your time with this. The acting is horrible, the plot is wafer thin and never explained properly and don't even get me started with the editing. I tried getting through the shoddy editing and Inspector Hegde (Ugh, why were both his lines and acting that bad?) hoping for a semblance of a thriller, but believe me when I say I regret it.

There is something good about the editing and frames , which gives the mood of a good thriller some times.

Script is quite weak and quite dragging.

Other than mamata all are substandard amateur actors, which is a major negative.

Highly predictable suspense thriller :)

Why do people make suspense movies which has obvious ending? While we know the villain in the beginnig itself, we pray that our assuption should go wrong. Finally to our "surprise", we realise that the villain is the very same person whom you assumed.

Very weak storyline. Motive of the murder doesn't even add up! As the story is happening in Bangalore having a Kannada lead police officer was a good idea. Unfortunately, he was made to talk broken Malayalam, which acted as a spoiler.

One can be happy that the movie is less than 2 hours. So we waste less time!

Brilliant Script And Direction Prasanth Murali Padmanabhan🔥. Nice plot executed differently. Good first half and killing second half. Mamtha just take the show up And the way banglore city visualised 👌.

A must watch Psychological thriller!!!

A psychological Malayalam/Kannada language thriller movie of recent times. I would say the movie is really good! Mamta's acting was superb, this movie is quite a woman-centric film, but the story told was absolutely great!!! Mamta's emotions omg, that was something to be watched. The way Bangalore was showed and portrayed was beautiful. The entire cast was good! The twist near the climax was the best I would say. I recommend everyone to watch this movie, as its not a long movie I felt and brilliant acting, and story!!!

The casting is very apt for the content of this movie. Prasanth is very meticulous in blending beauty of the garden city with his story line. An exceptional movie seen after a long time Thanks to Prasanth and team.

Really this film Lalbagh is unique with narrative and making style. Amazing script and direction. Beautifully portrayed urban life. Lalbagh is not a typical Mollywood stuff, it is a pan south one. Hats off. Malayalam cinema is changing.

"Lalbagh " Some story lines of some movies are expectable.. Except this film. The story telling of Lalbagh is the best part of the movie. Ending connections to the whole movie is superb.

Kudos to the writer and director Prasanth Murali.
