- In a flashback, a young Nikki seduces his mother's best friend and has loud sex with her on a moving stairmaster offscreen before her husband caughts both of them. Very sensual.
- Numerous scenes of partial nudity, occasionally exposed breasts or buttocks, and implied sexual activity.
- In brief but clear multiple scenes at one stage of the film, a woman is seen topless and having intercourse with a younger man. In one scene while she is topless and having sex, his hand is seen masturbating/fingering her vagina. Another one of these scenes, he is penetrating her on a dining room table (his pants and underwear are pulled down) with thrusting. His buttocks are seen. Another scene, shows the younger man sitting on a swimming pool ledge whilst holding her. His entire back and buttocks are seen, while thrusting. Another scene in this segment of the film, shows the woman sitting on the young man (both on a chair), while putting his hand down her panties, she is seen putting her hand inside as well over the top. He then thrusts a few times in the chair (as the camera pans).
- Another woman is seen nude from the side (right breast partially visible) while Kutcher appears to shave her pubic hair (not visible), then they are shown having simulated sexual intercourse (thrusting) doggystyle (breasts briefly visible). While no genitals are seen, it is clear both are fully nude.
- Margarita Levieva is seen lying on her side with Kutcher behind her. From chest to mid thigh she is covered by a blanket, which he pulls down a bit to play with her nipple.
- A scene in a strip club shows multiple exposed breasts and erotic dancing, including males being demeaning toward the dancers.
- Ashton Kutcher is dressed as a waiter, but with no pants serving a meal. His buttocks are clearly seen. His testicles can be briefly seen (blink and you will miss it) between his thighs.
- A scene where a girl is wearing a football helmet is giving implied oral sex to a man, only the bobbing of the helmet is shown, until she gets up to leave and you see she is wearing nothing else, her buttocks are briefly seen.
- This film is rated R18+ in Australia, due to the graphic and clear nature of a few short sex scenes.
