So emotional so heartwarming and so SO good...Far more than a episode more like a life lesson about the problems of being a very talented adolescent...Briggete makes it look so realistic that you actually fell bad for her character and all the boys/girls that being through this situation of nearly depression...Not the best Season but that was unbelievably good episode.
Amazing, confrontational and inspiring life changing episode

Normally I don't write reviews, but this particular episode hit me hard. It made me cry, reflect on my self and is overall just such an amazing take on the internal and illusionary external pressures that we perceive and put on ourselves.
Our society is so focused on performance, status and comparing yourself. I am guilty of this as well. That's why this episode hit me like a punch in the gut.
Casey's insight and development was really confrontational and inspiring. To take a step back at her age and live, be and do from a place of enjoyment, play and autonomy instead of coming from a place of fulfilling standards, trying to live up to internal and external pressures, was such an insight for me.
It hit me really hard, gave me amazing insights and made me reflect and write about two pages about perceived pressure and living from a place of play, being enough and of already having arrived.
Live and do things from a sense of 'having arrived' already, like the old Mighty Moe. A child at heart, with autonomy, being and play at the forefront.
One of my favorite episodes so far and I truly love this show! It's heartwarming funny and light with deeper themes and issues interwoven. 10/10 life changing episode!
