- Premier Cherdenko: I'm going to the one place that hasn't been corrupted by capitalism...
- [Heavy breathing. Rolls head back]
- Premier Cherdenko: SPACE!
- Apollo Fighter: Just kick the tires and light the fires.
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: Is that Einstein?
- Premier Cherdenko: Yes, doctor. The man most responsible for our enemy's technological superiority, the man who made them invincible.
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: What do you plan to do?
- Premier Cherdenko: [chuckles]
- Albert Einstein: Gentlemen?
- Premier Cherdenko: [shakes Einsteins's hand disintergrating him] Doctor
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: NO!
- Kirov: [while under attack, in proud voice] They're annoying me!
- Dreadnought: If Lenin could see us now!
- Soviet Conscript: You know, you are awfully moody for bear.
- President Howard T. Ackerman: Bingham, I am hearing a rumor that I know can not be true, are we really signing a peace treaty with the commies?
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: Actually sir, it's more of a case fire.
- President Howard T. Ackerman: So, you're tell me it *is* true.
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: Well, we've already exhausted most of our forces, and we belive that siding with the Soviets will help us against the Empire.
- President Howard T. Ackerman: Bullpucky. You know those Russians can't be trusted, they hate everything we stand for. Freedom, liberty, the persuit of happiness, apple pie... did I say freedom, well it's worth saying again.
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: Sir, most of the Allied leaders have already agreed to this.
- President Howard T. Ackerman: Not me, not the U,S of by god A. You're making a *very* big mistake my friend, you mark my words.
- President Howard T. Ackerman: I am humbled to be your new President, and I am honored to lead our nation during these dark and dangerous times. The Soviet Union's recent push into Europe threatens our very existance as a nation. We have deployed troops and equipment to our European allies but we haven't yet fully comitted to this fight, until now. I have introduced a bill that will qunituple the resources that we are putting towards this conflict. Today, I say that it is time for America to take a stand against the scourge that is godless communism. For if we don't, if we wait soon, very soon it will be too late.
- Premier Cherdenko: We finally get our taste of victory and now this. The new American president is an ignorant fanatic who wants to wipe us off the face of the Earth. He has rallied the Allies and re-energized their will. We must strike swiftly, before they can mobilize their forces.
- [Krukov comes on screen]
- Premier Cherdenko: Are you ready, General?
- General Krukov: Of course. Commander, we are hitting the Allies' central command center in Geneva before they can reinforce it. You will be leading the charge, and I will follow soon after with the full might of the Soviet military. Davsadania.
- Premier Cherdenko: Bottoms up, Nicolai.
- Dasha Fedorovich: [Soviet Ending]
- [a Statue of Lenin is being erected where the Statue of Liberty used to stand, then Dasha comes on screen]
- Dasha Fedorovich: To you, commerade.
- [Drinks to you]
- Dasha Fedorovich: The people want to meet their new Premier.
- [the scene goes to the office window, where their is a celebration outside]
- Dasha Fedorovich: The future is yours, commander. The future, is yours.
- Emperor Yoshiro: [Empire Ending]
- [a King Oni destroys the Allied flag and replaces it with the Empire's flag, then the scene goes to Both Yoshiro and Tatsu]
- Emperor Yoshiro: Thank you, commander. You have honored your ancestors.
- Crown Prince Tatsu: And defeated our enemies.
- Emperor Yoshiro: Because of your victories, I bestowed upon you the honored title of Supreme Shogun.
- [Both Yoshiro and Tatsu tip their tea cups to you]
- Suki Toyama: Commander, I am on the north shore of Oahu. Very beautiful, very private. how would you like to join me? C'mon commander, everybody needs to relax now and then, even a shogun.
- Soviet Conscript: New York will be renamed "Commandergrad", I think.
- General Krukov: I do not understand.
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: We have altered the past and changed the present.
- General Krukov: You see, Commander, while you were hiding behind the barricades in Leningrad our enemy was thrusting deeply into the Motherland's tender nether regions.
- Emperor Yoshiro: Giving me enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is a true warrior who can master both. We have eliminated all opposition and seized control of the Pacific rim. The time to strike is now.
- Cmdr. Warren Fuller: [During a Skirmish match] If you're looking for a whoopin', you've come to the right place, let's go.
- Commander Oleg: [During a Skirmish match] Well, look what the wind blew in. Don't worry, my tanks will be with you shortly.
- Cmdr. Lissette Hanley: [after defeating her in a skirmish match] Oh man, that was cold. You didn't have to go all out like that.
- President Howard T. Ackerman: [about the and the Soviets joining up to the defeat the Empire] These commies go against everything we stand for. Freedom, Liberty, Apple Pie, did I mention freedom?
- President Howard T. Ackerman: [a fake Presidential Election advertisement] Yes we can. We can hope. We can dream. But when we wake up, you'll see that the only candidate ready for the future is me. The future is coming, it's coming and it's gonna bring a force of armored Kodiak Bears, attack blimps, and a lot of weaponized robots that'll turn hope into a 4 letter word. If you want hope, keep dreaming. If you want change, put out your cup. If you want freedom, vote for me.
- Premier Cherdenko: [Intro, People are gathered outside of the Kremlin, then the sene goes to the Kremlin where people are taking things that symbolized the Soviet Union out of the Kremlin] The Premier is gone
- General Krukov: Yes, The Coward has fled, the Soviet Union is at death's door, commander. What can we do?
- Premier Cherdenko: There is only one way.
- [Lifts up a statue that hides a button and a bookcase reveals an elevator, and Cherdenko steps in]
- Premier Cherdenko: General, come, please.
- [Kurkov steps into the elevator]
- General Krukov: Is this some kind of an escape route?
- Premier Cherdenko: No. General. 12 Months ago, I was put in charge of a top secret project.
- General Krukov: But, there's not enough time.
- Premier Cherdenko: With respect, General.
- [the elevator reaches the bottom and both Krukov and Cherdenko exit the elevator]
- Premier Cherdenko: You see General,
- [Reveals the time machine]
- Premier Cherdenko: time is on our side.
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: No, no, no it, it is not finished yet. we don't know of it even works.
- General Krukov: What works.
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: My, time machine.
- Premier Cherdenko: Prepare these co-ordinates.
- [Hands Zelinsky a piece of paper]
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: Please no.
- [Goes with Cherdenko and Krukov, who still proceeds into the time machine]
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: No, please.
- [Goes into the time machine]
- General Krukov: Is this safe?
- Premier Cherdenko: Come, Comrade General. A new world order awaits.
- [They are time warped into the past]
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: [Seeing Krukov touching a curtain] No, no. Touch nothing.
- General Krukov: Where is this?
- Premier Cherdenko: Brussels. 1927.
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: [Seeing Einstein] Is that, Einstein?
- Premier Cherdenko: Yes. He is the one responsible for our enemies' technological superiority. He made our enemies invincible.
- [Einstein walks towards Cherdenko, who shakes his hand and disintegrates Einstein]
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: [Seeing this] NO!
- [Then, light flash out of the time machine, as the trio come back, the Soviet Union is back]
- General Krukov: [Seeing the new world] I don't understand.
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: We've altered the past and changed the present.
- Dasha Fedorovich: We're online now sir.
- General Krukov: Thank you lieutenant.
- Dasha Fedorovich: No, I mean Premier Cherdenko.
- [Cherdenko grins]
- Dasha Fedorovich: We have the update on our forces that is advancng towards Europe, premier.
- Premier Cherdenko: You see general, our enemies have been defeated.
- Dasha Fedorovich: Wait, Premier, I am getting a emergency message from one of or northern bases.
- Commander Muskvin: [Coming on screen] They're attacking! They're too many! We have to evacuate!
- Dasha Fedorovich: Who's attacking?
- [They are cut off by Emperor Yoshiro]
- Emperor Yoshiro: The Imperial war machine has been unleashed. Do not struggle agaianst what is inevitable. Anyone who stand in the way of our "Devine Destiny" will be swept aside by the march of history. You will bow before us or you will cease to exist.
- Dasha Fedorovich: Sir, the Empire is preparing a full scale assault.
- General Krukov: What Empire?
- Dasha Fedorovich: The Empire of the Rising Sun, of course.
- General Krukov: We must unleash our nuclear weapons, annihilate them all.
- Dasha Fedorovich: Excuse me ,sir?
- General Krukov: [Not realizing what has happened with time] Our Nuclear weapons? Our atomic bombs?
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: You don't understand, without Einstein there are no Nuclear weapons, because we've altered the space time continuum. Oh, who knows what nightmares we've created?
- President Howard T. Ackerman: None of you have the guts for what needs to be done, so i'm gonna wipe those Soviets off this Earth myself and you can't stop me. Should my heart stop beating, the weapon fires.
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: [First Allied Mission] Ah, commander. I'm Field Marshal Robert Bingham, chief officer of the Allied military command. I'm told that you;re a capable officer, well let's hope that this assessment is correct. All of our senior commanders are fighting in Europe, leaving the defense of Great Britain entirely in your hands. I would like to meet Lieutenant Eva
- [Eva comes on screen]
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: she will be your intel officer and communications liasion.
- Lt. Eva McKenna: Glad to have you on board, sir. Field Marshal, the President is ready for you.
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: [President Ackerman comes on screen] Mr. President, I like you to meet our new commander on the ground.
- President Howard T. Ackerman: Greetings commander. You ready to send those commies running back to their mommies? I sure hope so, becuase if you can't stop them over there, the only thing that's gonna stand between those godless Reds and the U, S of A is gonna be one little ocean.
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: I absoluely agree, Mr. President. We can not allow the Soviets secure a foothold in Great Britain. The fate of the free world depends upon it.
- Premier Cherdenko: [First Soviet mission] Ah, commander. As you can see, our situation is shockingly grim. All our forces are consentrated in Europe, pushing the Allies west. This *Empire* knows very well that we're vulnerable right now, they expect us to fall swiftly. At his very moment, their invasion force moves relentlessly towards Leningrad. I have chosen *you* to defend the USSR in this difficult hour, because I need a commander who does not believe in defeat. Somebody who will not simply drive our enemies back, but ultimately annihilate them, humiliate them and show them no mercy.
- [Krukov comes on screen]
- Premier Cherdenko: General Krukov, whould you like to meet our new commander?
- General Krukov: Our new commander?
- Premier Cherdenko: Yes. I'm sending him to protect Leningrad.
- General Krukov: Eventhough I told you it was foolhardy to try to defend our city.
- Premier Cherdenko: If Leningrad falls, the Soviet people will begin to lose hope.
- General Krukov: Yes. Well, I wish him luck then. The Empire's technology is highly advanced, and he is likey that he will be vastly outnumbered, but of course it is an honor to sacrifice one's life for the mother land, is it not?
- Premier Cherdenko: Indeed.
- Premier Cherdenko: Now, if you excuse me, I have a nation to defend.
- Premier Cherdenko: [Krukov is replaced by Dasha on screen] Commerade Dasha will be your information officer and will co-ordinate all of our communication.
- Dasha Fedorovich: Thank you, your Excellency. Commander, the armies of the Empire are closing in as we speak.
- Premier Cherdenko: Make haste, commander. Time is of the essence.
- Emperor Yoshiro: [First Empire Mission] Today is the day that destiny has promised us. No longer will we suffer the abyssment and the corruption of the foreign barbarians. For as they battle amongst themselves, we've resurrected our realm creating a new Empire of The Rising Sun. Commander, you are destined to reawaken Bushido, the way of the warrior. You will be a part of a new shogunate, uniting powerful leaders from all 4 corners of our Empire. Together, we will first attack Soviet russia and not crush not only their armies, but their leaders, thier spirit and their hope. My son, Crown Prince Tatsu will assist us in this noble endeavor.
- [Tatsu appears on screen]
- Emperor Yoshiro: He was instrumental in creating our new amry.
- Crown Prince Tatsu: Thank you father. Commander, our Nanotechnology is second to one.
- Emperor Yoshiro: Yes. But, we must remember, technology alone will not vanquish our enemies. It will be our courage, our honor and our self sacrifice.
- Crown Prince Tatsu: [Suki replaces Yoshiro on screen] Commander, allow me to introduce to you our chief legistical officer, Ms. Suki Toyama.
- Suki Toyama: [Bows] It is an honor. The Toyama family has served the Emperor for 10 generations.
- Crown Prince Tatsu: Yes. My father follows the ways of our ancestors and there is much wisdom in what he says, but it is a new age commander, a new world. Do what you must to be victorious.
- Premier Cherdenko: [the Game's intro] The Premier is gone.
- General Krukov: Yes, the coward has already fled. The USSR is at death's door, commerade.
- Premier Cherdenko: That is why we must hurry.
- [Lifts up a bust which hides a button and which relveals a hidden elevator]
- Premier Cherdenko: Sir, I beg you, please.
- [Krukov gets in the elevator]
- General Krukov: What is this, some sort of an escape route?
- Premier Cherdenko: No, sir. 12 Months ago, I was put in charge of a top secret project.
- General Krukov: Whatever it is, it is too late.
- Premier Cherdenko: With repsect, General you are wrong.
- [the elevaotr reaches its destination]
- Premier Cherdenko: Please.
- [Both Cherdenko and Krukov step out of the elevator]
- Premier Cherdenko: For you see sir, time is on our side
- [the huge time machine is revealed]
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: No, no no it isn't ready it is not tested, we don't even know if it works.
- General Krukov: What works?
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: My time machine.
- Premier Cherdenko: Prepair these co-ordinates.
- [Hands Zelinsky a piece of paper]
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: No, no please.
- Premier Cherdenko: Now.
- [the trio walk toward the time machine]
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: Please, no.
- Premier Cherdenko: Get in.
- General Krukov: You can not be serious.
- Premier Cherdenko: Come, commerade general. A new world order awaits.
- [the trio sit down and are transported into time]
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: [after arriving to their destination in time] No, no. Touch nothing. We musn't do anything to disrupt space-time coninuum.
- General Krukov: Where are we?
- Premier Cherdenko: Brussels. 1927.
- General Krukov: 1927?
- Premier Cherdenko: The servey international conference.
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: Is that Einstein?
- Premier Cherdenko: Yes, doctor. The man clearly responsible for our enemies' technological superiority. The man who made them invincible.
- Albert Einstein: Gentlemen.
- [Cherdenko zaps Einstein with a handshake and disintegrates Einstein]
- General Krukov: [Coming back to an altered present] I do not understand.
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: We have altered the past and changed the present.
- Dasha Fedorovich: [Appearing on screen] Ah, good to see you sir. I have the reports from the front you requested.
- General Krukov: What do you have for me?
- Dasha Fedorovich: I'm sorry general, I mean Premier Cherdenko. The Allies are on the run, soon Western Europe will be ours.
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: That was bang-on brilliant, commander. Excellent work, and I have to say, the Soviets are proving to be a useful ally.
- Lt. Eva McKenna: [Comes on screen] Sir, Premier Cherdenko is on the line. He says it's urgent.
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: Put him through, Lieutenant.
- Premier Cherdenko: [Comes on screen] We won't *stand* for this treachery, Bingham! You hear me? My advisors warned me on trusting you Allies.
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: [In disbelief] What? Treachery? What the hell is going on? Eva.
- Lt. Eva McKenna: Sir, appearently one of our satelite relay systems is targeted directly at Moscow. It's source is an American command post I didn't even know existed. It is at the site of Mt. Rushmore in South Dakota.
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: [Scoffs] What?
- [to himself]
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: Ackerman. Get the President on the line.
- [Ackerman comes on screen]
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: What's going on at this Mt. Rushmore command center, Mr. President?
- President Howard T. Ackerman: Those reds are playing you for a fool, my friend and as long as I'm the President of these United States, I can't allow them to leave this dance. Bingham, you can thank me later when this is all over.
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: What's all over? Ackerman!
- [Ackerman goes off screen]
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: Oh god. He's clearly out of his tree. You need to stop them, commander before he underminds our alliance with the Russians.
- General Krukov: Hello, capitalist dogs. I am General krukov, the one that will bring you defeat today. Witness the might of the red navy. We will pound your little island until you weap for mercy.
- Emperor Yoshiro: Citizens of the world, the Empire of The Rising sun has risen. The day of our destiny has arrived. Do not struggle what is inevitable. The Soviets have resisted and suffered for their arrogance. Do not make the same mistake. Survival is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice.
- [the scene goes to Tatsu who is in the Imperial war room]
- Emperor Yoshiro: Life or exinction, it is up to you.
- [Comes into the war room]
- Emperor Yoshiro: You disapporve.
- Crown Prince Tatsu: Father, we should not have given the Allies the option of surrender. We should have atacked without warning, and annihilated them.
- Emperor Yoshiro: They will not resist, my son. Not after seeing our *crushing* of the Soviets.
- Crown Prince Tatsu: But father, we have intellegence from my spy, deep within Allied command. They are planning an attack on our base at Pearl Harbor.
- Emperor Yoshiro: [In disbelief] Pearl Harbor? Impossible.
- Crown Prince Tatsu: Is it?
- Emperor Yoshiro: It holds so many of our sacred shrines, it houses half our fleet. It will be foolhardy for them...
- Crown Prince Tatsu: [Interrupts] You do not understand how they think, father. The Allies believe that we were inferior to them, they always have. That is why we must show them no mercy.
- Emperor Yoshiro: [Gives in to Tatsu's absurd decision to attack] Then, do what needs to be done. Bolster our defenses, prepair for the attack on Pearl Harbor
- Field Marshall Robert Bingham: [Last Allied Mission] You caught them by the shortened curlies, commander. They didn't know what hit them. Well, it looks like everything that Zelinsky said was true. I can hardly beleive it myself, those treacherous Russians are to blame for everything that happened in this war. The only thing that matters now is the complete and utter destruction of the Soviet Union. Cherdenko and Krukov have consentrated all their forces in the one place taht they believe is inpregnable: The Peter & Paul Fortress in Leningrad. Bring it down, commander. Make them pay for their lies and betrayal.
- Vice-President: Hello, and thank you all for coming. I take this podium today, reluctantly. And with a heavy heart. President Howard Ackerman was a great American. I was proud to be his friend, and proud to be his vice president. Yes, he did try to level Moscow and kill billions of innocent people, but only because he was trying to protect us. And in the end, isn't that what really matters? We owe much to those brave heroes who stood against the forces of fascism and communism, like that courageous young commander who led the free world to victory. Thank you, commander, wherever you are. Today, I will take the reins of this great country and together, we will march forward into a bright and prosperous future. We will share with our defeated enemies the fruits of capitalism and consumerism. For if they're shopping for cars and plasma TVs, they won't want to build up massive armies, or invent new weapons of war. They'll be enjoying the American dream, sitting with their families on Super Sunday, watching the big game with the rest of us. Fellow citizens, I humbly accept this honor and promise to make you proud. Thank you, and God bless America.
- Dr. Gregor Zelinsky: [emergency transmission begins after Commander recives mission] "Things are not what they seem. When you have to hear what I have to say you might believe I'm out of my mind alright but I speak truth. Now listen, listen I have created machine that allows man to travel through time. We have violated the space time continuum and the repercussion of this arrogant act has been catastrophic. Cherdenko shouldn't have been Premier, and the Empire of the Rising Sun would never have existed. No one knows about this except for you and me Commander; my life is in great danger, you're a hero to the people, they will follow you if you show them the truth."
- [transmission begins to interrupt]
