- Woman in Black: What's my necklace made of?
- Dr. Gregory House: [exhales] Resin.
- Woman in Black: Who am I?
- Dr. Gregory House: I don't know. Why the guessing game?
- Woman in Black: Because you don't know the answer.
- Dr. Gregory House: And if I don't know, you don't... You know the clues.
- Woman in Black: I know what's bugging your subconscious. What's my necklace made of?
- Dr. Gregory House: [realizes who she is] No.
- Woman in Black: Who am I?
- Dr. Gregory House: Doesn't make sense.
- Woman in Black: What's my necklace made of?
- Dr. Gregory House: Amber.
- Dr. Lisa Cuddy: [trying to get Thirteen to open the door] Dr. Hadley!
- Dr. Gregory House: See? She doesn't even know your name.
- Dr. Allison Cameron: You're staying the night. We're gonna monitor your brain for swelling.
- Dr. Gregory House: How much bigger could it get?
- Thirteen: I don't think I was even born when that movie was out.
- Dr. Gregory House: Well you're too young to be a doctor. That movie was released in 1980.
- Thirteen: That was 28 years ago.
- Dr. Gregory House: No it wasn't! Shut up!
- Thirteen: Did you just forget what year it is?
- Dr. Gregory House: No. I just remembered how old I am.
- Dr. Lisa Cuddy: [to House] Are you crazy? Alzheimer drugs will make your brain go into overdrive.
- Dr. Gregory House: That's the point. It'll speed up my neuronal firing. Turn up the voltage on my memory.
- Dr. James Wilson: And blow out your heart. How many did you take?
- Dr. Gregory House: Just now? Or including the ones I took on the ride over?
- Dr. Gregory House: [after forgetting Taub's name] Lesbian. Find out if anybody on that bus was taken to other hospitals.
- Thirteen: He just forgot mine.
- Dr. Gregory House: No, Thirteen, I just wanted to call you a lesbian.
- Thirteen: I'm not a lesbian.
- Dr. Gregory House: I was rounding up, from 50%.
- Dr. Gregory House: [after Cuddy stops stripping in his dream] No! Dance, woman!
- Dr. Lisa Cuddy: You'd rather be diagnosing.
- Dr. Gregory House: I screamed no.
- Dr. Lisa Cuddy: And your own subconscious ignored you because you'd rather fantasize about finding symptoms. How screwed up is that?
- Dr. Lisa Cuddy: [after House locks most of the team out of a room] I didn't bring you back here so you could stage a coup!
- Dr. Gregory House: [to a sleeping Cuddy] Hey.
- Dr. Lisa Cuddy: [groggily] Go away.
- Dr. Gregory House: It's not over. I saved the wrong person.
- Dr. James Wilson: [after reviving House] You almost kill yourself and all we're getting is drug induced fantasies!
- [last lines]
- Thirteen: Female. Late twenties. Kidney damage.
- [to Wilson]
- Thirteen: Does Amber have a birthmark on her right shoulder blade?
- [looks at Wilson; Wilson turns and looks at House]
- Dr. Gregory House: She was on the bus with me.
- [rapidly breathing]
- Dr. Gregory House: She's the one who's dying.
- Dr. James Wilson: [to House] When you were under hypnosis, you were talking to Amber?
- Dr. Gregory House: I wanted to see her naked.
- Dr. James Wilson: Seriously, what were you hiding?
- Dr. Gregory House: I want to see her naked.
- Dr. James Wilson: You want to see everyone naked. Why would you hide that?
- Dr. Eric Foreman: [after noticing blood dripping from House's ear] You're bleeding.
- Dr. Gregory House: A little thing called a bus crash. It's just a scalp laceration. It could be hidden in his optic chiasm.
- Dr. Eric Foreman: It's coming from your ear. You think that's a good thing?
- Nurse Dickerson: [to House] Did you take my cell phone?
- Dr. Gregory House: My large colon did. I'm negotiating its release.
- Dr. James Wilson: [When Chase puts House under hypnosis] Taxing an already injured brain. It's like telling him to walk it off after a broken ankle.
- Dr. Gregory House: I saw somebody dying.
- Dr. James Wilson: You saw 30 people flying into glass and metal.
- Dr. Gregory House: I saw a symptom before the crash.
- Dr. James Wilson: You're concussed. You don't know what you saw and you don't know when you saw it. A week ago, you noticed a symptom in a soap star.
- Dr. Gregory House: Bad argument since I was right about that.
- Dr. Gregory House: [When House wakes up in his apartment to a nurse shining a light in his face] Get that out of my face.
- Nurse Dickerson: Welcome back. I'm Nurse Dickerson.
- Dr. Gregory House: I don't need your name. And I got your profession from your super competent technique of melting my retinas.
- Dr. Gregory House: [after House has a flashback] Someone is going to die.
- Stripper: [to the bouncer] Kenny!
- Dr. Gregory House: Not you. I saw something. A symptom. Someone is going to die unless I find them.
- Stripper: Who?
- Dr. Gregory House: I have no idea.
- Dr. Allison Cameron: [to House] Hey! Hold your head still unless you want me to sew your nose under your eye.
- Dr. James Wilson: [to House] Why did you get so drunk at 5:00 in the afternoon, alone?
- Dr. Gregory House: I need a reason?
- Dr. Gregory House: [to his team] Okay, new plan. We make a list of all the bars between here and the crash site. Find out where I went, we go there...
- Dr. Chris Taub: On it.
- [he, Kutner and Thirteen begin to leave]
- Dr. Gregory House: You're not going to do anything, are you?
- Thirteen: We're going to go to the ER and do our jobs.
- Dr. Gregory House: Someone is dying because I can't remember...
- Dr. Chris Taub: When you remember, you can page us.
- Dr. James Wilson: [to House] You've got Amber in your head?
- Dr. Gregory House: You put her in my head. I can't even have a conversation with you in my subconscious without her tagging along.
- Dr. James Wilson: Well, she better have her clothes on.
- Dr. Gregory House: [sighs] Unfortunately.
- [pauses]
- Dr. Gregory House: I didn't mean to say that out loud.
- Dr. Allison Cameron: You're staying the night. We need to monitor your brain for swelling.
- Dr. Gregory House: How much bigger could it get?
- Dr. Gregory House: If it's a fantasy, you'd be wearing this.
- Dr. Lisa Cuddy: You're convinced your patient is dying and you wanna waste your time with a sex fantasy?
- Dr. Gregory House: Don't blame me, blame my gender.
