- The sexual content in Kure-nai is mostly implied and rarely shown. One of the big plot points is that a little girl is raised in secrecy to inbreed with members of her own family and the main character is hired to free her from the household. Nothing is shown except for several suggestive advances from the little girl's older brother. The whole idea is creepy and somewhat disturbing.
Violence & Gore
- The most graphic scene has a woman being stabbed in the chest with a knife. She bleeds profusely before dying.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- the whole plot involving a little girl being raised to bear her siblings' children , although only implied, is very disturbing.
- Althought light-hearted in tone most of the time, the brutal beatings and the disturbing themes of incest make this very intense.
