When Saul visits a startled Walter at the classroom, the latter drops a pen. The first time we see the pen on the floor, it lies next to the right leg of Walter's chair. In the next shot, it suddenly lies next to the left leg.
The interior of Saul's office has a shape (partially octagonal) and window placement (on all sides, even off the the side of the door. Trees are visible outside of the portal windows behind Saul's desk), that not possible in an office situated in an old 'strip plaza'
In the opening credits, Director of Photography Michael Slovis' name has "Ch" highlighted as if it is a chemical element, despite no such symbol actually being defined by chemists/IUPAC.
The telephone number for Saul Goodman is different on the park bench advert than the phone number on the office door.
(505) 164-CALL on the adverts, (505) 165-CALL on the office door.

In the opening scene, when Badger and the cop are sitting on the Better Call Saul bench, some spooky things happen in the background. Specifically, a man and woman couple walk back and forth, but once they walk to the left twice in a row, and once they mysteriously appear from behind the pillar; and a man with a dog and a bicyclist disappear behind the pillar but never reappear. Also, there are a few cuts when a person walks directly in front of the camera.
At about 38 minutes, Jesse and Walt are looking for the DEA stakeout. They are seen driving on a one-way street, but are going in the wrong direction.
In Saul Goodman's office, he declares the cost of his service as $80,000 and asks: "You did bring the cash didn't you?" Walt picks up a paper bag and tips the money onto the desk. There are ten rolls of bills. If the rolls were $10.000 each there would be eight rolls. For 10 rolls to total $80K they would each need to be $8,000 which is unlikely.
