"My family is falling apart and if we try and keep it together with lies, we might as well give up now"

Warning: Spoilers
Oh, that's what Nicola did with the note.Quick tip, Riley-if you're going to leave a message blowing the whistle on someone, make sure they're not gonna be the first person to read it.Bridget continues to be the best thing in a run of thoroughly miserable episodes, standing up to Steve and Nicola and accepting the consequences of her actions. Steve in comparison comes across as an impotent bully and it's rather satisfying to see it all blow up in his face. The situation at the hospital is fairly contrived:Why doesn't Karl ask Bridget to leave as soon as he sees her?Why is Steve allowed to wander into Chris' room when Karl left clear instructions to keep him out?Why is he then allowed to hang around in a corridor after practically assaulting a coma patient? And why does Jodie say she "assumed" Bridget was Chris' cousin when in fact that's what she told her? Lyn continues to act like a mad woman whilst still coming across as dull. It's only the trio of Zeke, Ringo and Declan that bring some welcome lightness to the proceedings, with the first mention of Ringo and Bridget's relationship in a while and a nice moment for Zeke that shows Taylah hasn't been forgotten.
