Kelli's schemes against Amanda continue to gather pace as Amanda is left thinking she's run over and killed a man.Again.But it's still hard to fathom what her plan is, other than driving Amanda nuts, so it's hard to get involved. It does demonstrate, however, how much Amanda has changed since she first joined the show, as our sympathies well and truly lie with her.
Elsewhere, we get some "comedy" of Colleen playing the scarlet major and using most of the town as slave labour.Alf's bemused expression as he's left alone with her is mildly amusing but also rather sympathetic. The others manage to pull a fast one on him and it's nice to see Kim, Rachel and Kit getting on well, although Kit's mysterious messages raise concern that there's more to this than meets the eye.
