"I'm just protecting myself from myself"
skteosk11 September 2008
By the end of this episode, Paul has definitely reverted to form, storming out of the house making threats against Elle.It just shows that you can't change the nature of the beast and she really shouldn't have let him back in.Rebecca's well rid, even if her dreams of being a lawyer do seem to be in tatters.

Toadie continues to make some curious parenting decisions-apparently whichever manual he's using says "If your charge is caught stealing, challenge him to a fight."But it seems to work for them so just run with it.

Carmella shows astonishing and somewhat uncharacteristic maturity in attempting to build bridges between Marco and Franco. What they both need is honesty but it's unclear whether that will solve everything. Sienna's presence at the house only raises one question:Where exactly is she living?

And finally, in the scene where they at last kiss, the relationship between Declan and Bridget actually works.Odd that she didn't mention she was responsible when everyone assumed Rebecca bought his tickets. Odd too that Donna is so ready to accept Ringo as a substitute for Ty. Comedy highlight of the episode goes to Ty's interjections during Steph's awkward conversation with Jay.
