- A symbiote plague sweeps over New York and turns people into creatures that could be frighening to some younger viewers.

- At one point in the game's story (depending on your choice of action). Black Cat will be wearing a Symbiote Suit. This completely changes her appearance. Her appearance reveals lots of rips of skin on her chest and hips. With moderate cleavage present.
Violence & Gore
- Superhero styled violence. In one scene you have to fight a symbiote wolverine and once you defeat him there's two choices you can A. Pick the right side and wolverine will repetitively stab himself to get the symbiote off him. Or B. You pick the wrong side and your lead to believe you tear wolverine in half. There isn't any gore but this may be disturbing to younger viewers.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In the Symbiote Black Cat boss battle, after a quick time event, Spider-Man will throw Black Cat into an object making her lose her Symbiote. Shortly after that, Black Cat falls to her (near) death. When she hits the ground, a splatter effect happens. It is unclear whether this is blood or perhaps the Symbiote.
