- In one of the fast travel cutscenes, the one where Miles is cloaked, an ad can be seen behind Miles, that even though out of focus, shows a model with a rather open shirt that shows a significant amount of cleavage.
- There is very mild flirting between Miles and Phin.
Violence & Gore

- There is a lot of fight scenes throughout the game. There is a little bit of blood, but nothing worse that you would see in any other marvel movie.
- There is quite a bit of violence but very mild blood. The most blood shown is cuts. Nothing more than you would see in any marvel movie.
- Definitely the tamest violence in the three Spider-Man games, with this being the most kid friendly and Spider-Man 2 being the heaviest in mature content.

- Phin says holy shit at one point also these words are used "prick". Also has other mild uses such as "damn".
- Two F-words are said by J. Jonah Jameson (but are censored) in a Just the Facts Achieve.

- Rhino is stabbed by Tinkerer. He is presumed to be dead but it is left to the player's imagination whether he is dead or not. All we see the actual impact of the sword going through his body. Not bloody.

- Phin Mason's story of how she lost her brother Rick is emotional. What makes matters worse is that he died in front of her.
- The postcard missions are emotional with Miles' dad's death in the previous game.
- Phin can be very intense and emotional in this game, especially in the fourth to last mission.
- In one of the last missions, Miles is kidnapped by his uncle and is forced to fight him.
- Rick Mason's death is very intense and emotional.
- The game is most intense after Phin finds out that Miles is Spiderman.
