Alton gives a history of the collaboration of an icebox manufacturer, Abraham Anderson, and a fruit merchant, Joseph Campbell, forming the "Thomas Campbell Preserve Company" (and refers to it a second time by that name) which eventually became Campbell's Soup. However, Campbell's history lists its progenitor as the "Joseph A. Campbell Preserve Company" (which makes more sense, given the founder's name).
At the end of the show, when the giant comes down, Alton hands the cast iron skillet over to the giant. The giant complains the dish is hot, and it is believed that Alton does not have a hot pad or oven mitt.
However, when Alton picks up the pan, he says "Ow, ow, hot, hot, hot," and when he hands it to the giant, he's using a black potholder (which does blend in with the cast iron pan making it hard to see).
