Another Great Episode From A Great Show
xantheus134 May 2014
I really don't know if "rrrring" has ever watched any TV shows other than this one....but to claim racism based on a side story that was meant to be funny, is just ridiculous. Clearly the professors and Charlie's dad are not equipped to actually coach the team, hence why they have to cheat (of course this would not happen in real life due to rules and regulations, but it is a TVshow) Yes the Laker players replaced 2 "asian players" did you not notice the others still on the floor playing alongside the Laker players?? But i guess people will see what they want to see, no matter how innocent and actually amusing, a story line is.

Thought provoking

Warning: Spoilers
This was a good, thought provoking episode. A known killer confesses to a crime he didn't commit to save his son who committed the crime. Should the known killer be executed, or should the letter of the law be followed and the known killer go free so they can make a case against the son? In the end, they went with the best scenario, kill them both. Killing two birds with one stone, so to speak. The plots for this show are always good, and the action is always good. It's the subplots that are ridiculous. The whole basketball thing? Seriously? What was the point? In the end they brought in ringers and won the game, but what did that prove? It only proved anyone can bring in ringers and win a game. Big deal.

I know we write these reviews as if it will change anything...meanwhile the show ended years ago and is dead and buried, the wind softly blowing the grass over its grave...

Any Crime Will Do

In this haphazard episode, a mafia type is on death row. He has killed countless people, but the crime he is being executed for he did not commit. So it behooves the gang to try to get him saved and released. The reason for the low rating is the ridiculous basketball game. In addition to not knowing what they are doing, they cheat by bringing in professionals. I don't care if they are new students. An incredibly low point for the show.

really stupid episode
sandcrab27719 April 2019
There is no way the fbi would expend that many resources to exonerate a self confessed killer from execution that wants to pay his dues and the basketball part of the episode is off the wall...the writers are clearly deluded and looking for a way to save a sinking ship ... should give amita a more expanded role because she is the best part about the whole show
