- Jules Callaghan: I'm gonna to step closer so you can hear me better. I'm stepping closer.
- [Jules steps forward]
- Jules Callaghan: Good. So, thanks for not jumping. Are you thinking you might?
- [Tasha nods]
- Jules Callaghan: Well, I'm sorry to hear that. You know, I've never seen somebody who's ready to die put up such an awesome fight to stay alive.
- Jules Callaghan: Come on, Tasha, please? Will you give me your hand? Let's climb over.
- Tasha Redford: I can't. I can't. I can't. I'm dead anyway.
- Jules Callaghan: Tasha, I know that it feels like that. I know, but you're not.
- Tasha Redford: It is. It's just how it is! I can't... I can't go to school. I can't go to work. I can't go home. For what? My mom? I got nobody! I have nobody! You don't understand! You don't know how it is!
- Jules Callaghan: Okay, actually, Tasha... Look at me! Look at me! I do understand. Actually, I do. I do, and that's why I'm standing right here. That's why I'm here. Okay? And I want you to take my hand and I want to help you over. And you are gonna get through this. It might feel impossible, but you have the rest of your life, okay? And it's gonna be tough, but it's also gonna be really, really amazing. If you get through this, you can get through anything. I promise.
- Kevin 'Wordy' Wordsworth: Boss, witnesses saw teenagers bolt out of a restroom and up the stairs.
- Mike Scarlatti: Three teenage girls, four teenage girls, three girls and a boy, could be seven orangutans.
- Sgt. Gregory Parker: How about a little less information and a little more intelligence?
- Mike Scarlatti: Copy.
- Jules Callaghan: [on radio to Parker] There's blood on the floor, blond hair. I'm guessing makeover, I'm guessing female, and I'm guessing that it was not voluntary.
- Ed Lane: [watching Jules stare at her ringing phone] You gonna to get that?
- Jules Callaghan: None of your business.
- Ed Lane: Who is it?
- [pointing at phone]
- Ed Lane: What does that say?
- Jules Callaghan: It's no one...
- [Ed takes her phone]
- Jules Callaghan: Ed.
- Ed Lane: [answering call] Hello, Jules phone. Who's this? Todd? Oh, Scott. Scotty! Oh, it's just Scott. Okay, sorry. No, it's Edward, her personal assistant. Right... well, I will ask her.
- [to Jules]
- Ed Lane: You, uh... you want to go out with him tonight? You... is this... second date?
- [Jules holds up three fingers]
- Ed Lane: It's the... it's the third!
- [on the phone again]
- Ed Lane: She would love to see you tonight, Scooter. Yeah, I'll ask her.
- [to Jules]
- Ed Lane: Movie?
- [Jules shrugs and makes a face at him - Ed on the phone again]
- Ed Lane: You know, we can't do that. We're... we're... we're working late. What about... what about, uh, bowling?
- [Jules closes eyes and shakes head with a smile]
- Ed Lane: Right. Excellent, I'll have her call you. Thank you, sir. Bye-bye.
- Ed Lane: [on radio to Parker] Sarge, we got a problem. We need to get everyone out where we can see them, but, uh, but they're spooked. You feel like talking down a crowd of about 500 over the P.A. system?
- Sam Braddock: 15-year-old girls.
- Jules Callaghan: One day they're playing with Barbies, the next it's a semi.
- Ed Lane: Better to be in the gang than to get beat up by the gang.
- Sgt. Gregory Parker: Head of security?
- Gary Kurlansky: Yes, sir. All the exits are locked.
- Sgt. Gregory Parker: That's good. You probably trapped our shooter, or shooters.
- Ed Lane: Along with about four or five hundred civilians.
- Gary Kurlansky: The mall employees are on alert, but shoppers are starting to realize they can't get out.
- Sgt. Gregory Parker: Got anything else?
- Gary Kurlansky: That's it.
- Sgt. Gregory Parker: I'm gonna need your P.A.
- Gary Kurlansky: You got it.
- Sgt. Gregory Parker: Let's find out who and what we're dealing with.
- Sgt. Gregory Parker: You up to intervention?
- Jules Callaghan: Copy.
- Sgt. Gregory Parker: Okay, you're talking to a victim of an attempted rape. She was brutalized in retaliation for going to the cops. She's got no home support. But from what Luria says, she was holding on. She was doing everything she could to keep her life together. All right? And I'm here if you need me.
- Tasha Redford: Why did you do that for me?
- Jules Callaghan: 'Cause I don't give up without a fight, just like you.
- Sam Braddock: I just wanted to say... nice save out there. Didn't know you could fly. It was a... long four seconds before we knew you were okay.
- Jules Callaghan: And I'm okay.
- Sam Braddock: You smashed hard against the side of that tower.
- Jules Callaghan: And I'm okay.
- Sam Braddock: You want a second opinion?
- Jules Callaghan: [showing him the bruises on her shoulder blade] How's it look?
- Sam Braddock: Like a double bacon burger.
- Jules Callaghan: [dry laugh] Thanks.
- Sam Braddock: Any time.
