The key case is another effort to attack the tobacco industry. Alan supports a woman whose father died a horrible death after smoking for fifty years. We get to see the tactics which are mostly, if you'll excuse the pun, a smokescreen. Of course, the defense attorney is another blonde that Alan has bedded. They had a falling out. She is quite venomous. On a much more serious note (not), Denny believes he is impotent and causes ridiculous moments in the courtroom when his cell phone goes off.
