- Squidward crashes from a truck.
- Patrick smashes the splinter further into SpongeBob's thumb with a mallet.
- SpongeBob gets a splinter stuck in his thumb and we see close ups of it as it swells to a bloody balloon size and pus oozes out. Later, Mr Krabs pulls it out and a tidal wave of pus sprays out of SpongeBob's thumb. It is quite graphic.
