- Robin Hood: You kill my wife, and you expect forgiveness?
- Guy of Gisborne: I loved her as you loved her! I'll never ask for your forgiveness. I can't forgive myself.
- Isabella: Two men who hate each other can only to brought together by a shared hatred greater then their own.
- Robin Hood: I think I have a - I think I have a plan.
- Guy of Gisborne: I'm listening.
- Robin Hood: You um, you get arrested, get taken to the dungeons, find Archer, and, um... I'll bribe the guards, I'll come and see you.
- Guy of Gisborne: And then what?
- Robin Hood: And then we escape!
- Guy of Gisborne: How?
- Robin Hood: Well I don't know, I haven't worked that out yet, have I?
- Guy of Gisborne: Forget it, it'll never work.
- Robin Hood: Why not?
- Guy of Gisborne: 'Cause I'm not gonna get myself arrested.
- Robin Hood: Why not?
- Guy of Gisborne: 'Cause you'll leave me in the dungeon.
- Robin Hood: I will not leave you in the dungeons. You have my word.
- Guy of Gisborne: You see, that's where this falls down.
- Robin Hood: Well, all right. Well, I'll get myself arrested, then.
- Guy of Gisborne: That sounds like a better plan.
- Robin Hood: [chuckles] ... and you come and get me out.
- Guy of Gisborne: See, suddenly not such a good idea, is it?
- Robin Hood: You know, I'm not sure if I trust you yet. But we're about to find out.
- Guy of Gisborne: I'll kill the next man that touches me!
- Old Man: Kill me. Please. Put me out of me misery.
- Guy of Gisborne: ...no!
- Old Man: You didn't bring any food, did you?
- Robin Hood: We go no further unless I know I can trust you. I can't just betray the others and bring you to the camp.
- Guy of Gisborne: You can trust me. Just don't ask me to forgive your father.
- Robin Hood: Now, you listen to me, Gisborne. If we're going to work together, then we have to leave that behind.
- Guy of Gisborne: That's easy for you to say. Your father seduced my mother.
- Robin Hood: Well, it didn't take much effort, did it?
- Robin Hood: NO!
- Kate: He killed my brother!
- Robin Hood: He's one of us.
- Little John: ...what?
- Robin Hood: I SAID: he's one of us.
- Robin Hood: Kate. You know I wish I could bring your brother back.
- Kate: Just... just don't trust him, Robin.
- Robin Hood: I have to trust him. And you have to trust me that I'm doing the right thing.
- Kate: Come back to me safely.
- Robin Hood: ...I will.
- Tuck: Robin working with Gisborne could help us. It'll show the power of Robin Hood, and the nobility of our cause. That he can change his enemy into his friend.
- Little John: Show who? The people of Locksley hate him, the people of Nottingham hate him.
- Kate: Everybody hates him.
- Little John: Robin doesn't even seem to care about the crimes Gisborne's committed.
- Tuck: He's bringing us Gisborne, and he's bringing us his brother to fight alongside. We are striving not just to protect Nottingham, but England. Not to settle old scores, John.
- Little John: It's not about settling scores, Tuck, it's about justice!
- Tuck: If Robin feels he can work with Gisborne...
- Little John: ...then Robin is wrong! We fight to protect people from animals like Gisborne. Kate's brother was murdered by Gisborne, and he hasn't been punished!
- Kate: Hey, I'm prepared to trust Robin!
- Little John: What? If he can bring Gisborne into our forest and call him "one of us..."
- [shakes head and walks away]
- Allan A Dale: John! Come on. Hey. John! What are you doing? Been looking everywhere for you. John!
- Little John: ...I don't want company.
- [walks away]
- Allan A Dale: Hey, come back!
- Little John: I've had enough! Robin betrayed us... bringing Gisborne. Leave me be. Leave... me... be.
- Allan A Dale: I am!
- Little John: Then why are you walking beside me?
- Allan A Dale: Maybe we're going to the same place, eh?
- Little John: Maybe we are. You still don't need to walk beside me. There are many roads to the same place, Allan.
- Allan A Dale: Yes, there are. We all believe the same things, John.
- Little John: No, I don't know that I do.
- Allan A Dale: Well, I know we do. Hey, I know we need you around, all right, to remind us who it is we're fighting for here. All right? We're lost without you.
- Little John: No. GO AWAY!
- Guy of Gisborne: So we've got two fairly difficult problems. One, we don't know what he looks like.
- Robin Hood: We'll recognize him by his birthmark. Don't worry, we'll find him when we get there.
- Guy of Gisborne: ...which brings us to problem two.
- Robin Hood: Gisborne killed your brother. He killed Marian. Kate, I know how much it hurts to lost someone you love. But revenge... it burns your soul. It can destroy you. But we have to look forward. I need you to accept him. We both need to accept him.
- Kate: I'll accept him. But I can never trust him.
- Guy of Gisborne: Well, I'm certainly glad I came to rescue my brother, aren't you?
- Archer: This is not my fault.
- Guy of Gisborne: No? Whose fault is it, then?
- Archer: Didn't ask you to come.
- Guy of Gisborne: This way.
- Robin Hood: It's this way.
- Guy of Gisborne: Don't argue with me!
- Robin Hood: Gisborne, it's this way.
- Archer: Have either of you been in this castle before?
- Guy of Gisborne: No.
- Robin Hood: No.
- Archer: [sighs] This way. Come on, come on!
- Robin Hood: You're going to betray me like this?
- Archer: I have a sister who's the Sheriff of Nottingham. She's rich, she's powerful, and she hates you. This really isn't taking me a lot of thought. Nice meeting you.
- Archer: Both of you are mad. I know what poor is, I grew up that way. Neither of you had. There's no honor in being poor, and there's no shame in it. If you'd grown up with nothing, you'd know that. And you wouldn't apologize for wanting to have a little money, for dreaming of something better then what you've got.
- Guy of Gisborne: You know NOTHING about my life! About what I've endured! I envy you. Better no family, rich or poor, then a leper father and a mother...
- Archer: ...my mother WHAT?
- Guy of Gisborne: [Thinks better of it] Killed in a fire.
- Archer: [Quietly] What was her name?
- Guy of Gisborne: Ghislane.
- Archer: [to Gisborne] He doesn't by any chance have any money, does he?
- Robin Hood: No, I don't. I gave up all my family's wealth to help the poor.
- Archer: ...of course you did.
- Archer: ...so you're a noble who's now an outlaw with no money.
- Guy of Gisborne: Yep.
- Archer: Can you explain the point of that?
- Robin Hood: [Takes Archers face in his hand] Brother.
- Archer: ...all of a sudden, I have so many brothers. Who are you?
- Robin Hood: I'm Robin Hood.
- Archer: Really? Robin Hood really exists.
- Allan A Dale: What are you doing? I was gonna finish him off!
- Little John: Yeah, I saw. What are you doing? Risking your life, no weapons?
- Allan A Dale: Saving you!
- Little John: You're a fool.
- Allan A Dale: Maybe. But I had no choice. Hey, I'm your family, right?
- Little John: Yeah. You are.
