Many scenes show shadows and lit faces without any apparent light source - no candles or torches.
During Anne Boleyn's trial, a camera lens enters the shot on the right, and a shadow of the camera lens enters on the left. The camera zooms in, trying to cover the mistake, then the lens and the shadow move out of the shot.
The boom mic is clearly visible during the dancing scene.
