Mark Thomas directs an orchestra performing his score for The Magic Roundabout at Abbey Road Studios. Director Jean Duvall and editor Mathieu Morfin bury him with praise and Thomas in turn expresses his love for the project. Narrator Tom Baker explains that the score features 'a mix of new themes and old favorites', though I didn't hear the original theme from 'Le Manege Enchante' anywhere. Oh I get it, Baker was referring to all those classic pop songs in the film. This part of the documentary is augmented by clips from the 2005 film featuring snippets of dialog that seem to pertain to the subject at hand.
When we get to the second half of this 3.50 minute featurette, for some reason we get yet another run down of the cast who voiced the characters. This time with some praise by the director. Also, the narrator gets to introduce himself as the voice of Zeebad. We get back to the orchestra in time to watch them perform the music that goes with Zebedee and Zeebad's first confrontation (visible picture in picture). And it ends with Tom Baker advising the viewers to 'Get ready for the ride of your life' as if it's all been one big trailer or something. Rather confusing really.
