- Fifty kilometers north-east of Hope, just north of the Snow Shed, chained up semis spun out and get stuck with the first early fall snow. The "Guardians of the Mountain", Al Quiring and Gord Boyd, have to deal with towing semis chained up with poor quality chains and inexperienced drivers. Jamie heads east for a recovery in one of his latest restorations followed by a new hire, an ex-military operator from Ireland, Greg Mulligan, in the latest addition to his fleet, the Mack. Arriving at the crash site Jamie and Greg discover a fully loaded tractor-trailer with 44 thousand pounds of firewood, mangled up into a mountain rock face, on a notorious bend called Deadman's Curve. In the Fraser Valley, Mission Towing boss, Ken Duperon, heads 17 km up the Harrison Lake on an unusual recovery from the deck of a barge in a 1 ton truck. Accompanied by Dylan, Ken has to recover a wreck on a steep hillside to prevent it from plunging into the pristine waters. In Chatanuga, Tennessee, Jamie suits up for a special night, getting inducted into The International Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame, with support from family and friends. Jamie sets a second base in the BC Interior town of Golden.
