Something of a triumph of style over substance.It's been nearly three years since we saw Kim and Kit as a couple and yet here we're supposed to believe he'll abandon Rachel to be with her.It's hard to blame the writers since the storyline was virtually forced on them by Chris Hemsworth's decision to leave the show.They seem to be getting their revenge by turning Kim into a jerk and making it look as though he deserves to lose both women.It's a shame Kit doesn't turn him away but the scene where she breaks down in the bathroom, sobbing that she wishes Kim would choose her, is well played by Amy Mizzi and it's a shame that Kim's departure means this is probably the last we've seen of her too.
Alf continues to go on a strop, giving Mark Furze some amusing moments as Ric as he has to put up with his bad moods.Sally comes down a bit hard on Cassie by trying to stop her working but Martha does a good job talking her round.
