He was a bad husband

Seriously love watching Douglas and Turner acting together, they have incredible chemistry and they slay banter. Also, Morgan Freeman, love him.

Douglas and Turner on fine form

What a fabulous treat it is to see the Douglas / Turner scenes - their chemistry seems as strong as ever. As with much of The Kominsky Method this episode provides a mixture of laugh out loud, tender, wise, and sad moments. Morgan Freeman throws a funny cameo into the mix as well. It's one of the best things on tv this year.

Still terrific!

When the show had the Alan Arkin (who I love and have had the pleasure of meeting) character, Norman Irving Newlander, die off, I was afraid I would no longer love it. Not to worry! Kathleen Turner (and throw in Morgan Freeman!) pick up the slack beautifully. Nice to see Barry Levinson, too. The writing continues to charm.

Sandy to the Big Shoe

Kathleen Turner continues to dominate. It's a bit of a puzzle where the money is going in the marriage. Is Mindy running the whole show, hence, becoming her father. Good episode as Sandy is given the opportunity of a lifetime.

Chapter 20

Warning: Spoilers
Don't like the show making Kathleen Turner such a big part of things, but Morgan Freeman was good, and the idea of a movie for Sandy is intriguing.

Totally down the drain

From bittersweet, witty, funny and quirky show to trite, unfunny sitcom, in three short seasons... it moved at light-speed from great to FUBAR.
