- Claire's mother is an alcoholic
- Claire's Mother is a drug addict and alcoholic. For the time that she is on screen, pills and alcohol are seen all over the bed and floor.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- At the end of the story, the house turns into a monster and all the characters are trying to chase the main character. Very intense & frightening scene, as the music gets uneasy and all the characters are yelling.
- This short film is very disturbing with some heavy themes of child neglect & abuse. The mother is an alcoholic and her scene is very disturbing. The whole film is disturbing, and some characters show different themes, like the father showing neglect and being obsessed with himself, the mother showing physical abuse and addiction. This film is very offsetting, and the fact that opal is just a little girl adds to it, this is NOT a film for children.
