Okay, when Poppy has Branch build a trap for the buddy system trolls and the Puppy Parade hits, she says only trolls from two separate tribes who are best friends can open the door. Cooper belongs to the Pop Tribe yes, but he was born into the Funk Tribe and is full Funk troll. He and ANY Troll Village Pop Troll could have opened the door since he only belongs, but is not an actual biological Pop troll and he is best friends with every Pop Troll that was in the building. And as usual Poppy tries controlling everything; CHILL WOMAN!
