A sad tale revolving around two gay men, Alex and Jack Sprat, who have separated ways under strenuous circumstances. In a drunken moment Jack kidnaps Alex, takes him to a deserted building, ties him to a chair and then proceeds to question Alex's reasons for leaving him. After several minutes of verbal abuse and badgering Jack has had enough and places a gun to his temple. Before Jack squeezes the trigger he makes sure Alex knows he is the sole reason for Jack's suicide. Just as Jack pulls the trigger Alex loosens his bindings, lunges toward Jack to prevent him from pulling the trigger, but is too late. The gun goes off leading to a very interesting and unexpected ending. But what does the movie say? That is the question and though Jack and Alex are portrayed as gay men once in love in this short film the film's message far surpasses their sexuality and hits on a more moral question that everyone should be held accountable for. What that is, well, see if you can find the limited pressing of this dvd. It was a school film project with students as actors and yes it has flaws, but overall the film was very well done and the setting exceptional for the content and message the film delivers.
