- In the incestous sex scene while the brother is on top in missionary position, the brother is slow to insert his erect penis into his sister's vagina. The men in the room make the sister direct it into herself using her hand. She reluctantly obeys.
- Incest is shown between a brother and sister after three armed male kidnappers threaten to kill them if they don't have sex while they videotape it. Under constant instruction, both siblings strip completely nude and kiss as the sister masturbates her brother. She is also forced to masturbate herself as her brother watches. The boy is forced to touch his sister's clothed breasts. The siblings engage in incestuous sex. First the sister lays on her back and the brother lays on top of her, his chest pressing against her breasts. The girl is instructed to pull her brother's hips into hers, making the thrusting motion for sex. - Later in the film the brother rapes his sister in her bed. He pushes her down and begins pulling at her clothing. After a struggle he rolls her onto her belly and holds her there with his hand covering her mouth while he pulls down her pants and underwear exposing her thick buttocks. She resists and cries out as he forces his penis into her vagina from behind and thrusts into her again and again. Eventually she stops struggling and lays still as he continues to drive deep into her body. After he orgasms inside of her, he leaves her lying there. Intense scene but the only real nudity is her bare butt after he leaves.
