- The whole atmosphere of the game is intense as your being chased by a killer.
- There is jump scares and when you get caught you can get into a sorta loop where its hard to escape.
- Jimmy's jumpscares can really be frightening to some people. Especially when he can come out of nowhere in hallways you run through.

Violence & Gore
- If you come to the end of Amy's story, You would know that Jimmy intoxicated Amy with alcohol making her go to the stair well and jumping off of it thinking she will fly (You don't get to watch her jump off). Later when you go to the bottom of the stairwell and turn around, you will see her laying down at the bottom of the stairs with blood all over the place (It shows for a brief moment, about a couple seconds)
- An old wooden paddle that used to be used to beat young children can be found in one of the rooms.
- At the end of Doctor Bose story, Your next thing to do is to go to the lower ground floor and see the next scene of his story. When you turn around to face the elevator you see him put a rope around his neck, the other side of the rope is in The elevator that is going up which causes Doctor Bose to choke to death. Nothing too graphic but you get to see him choke for about a solid 5 seconds
- You get to see a character named Harvey receive an electric shock. Nothing graphic but you get to see him moan and hurt after the shock.
- One of the scenes for Harvey, you can hear Harvey beating something up with something. He comes out with a bat and goes back in after a big sigh of relief, seeing this would make the player assume that Harvey may of killed someone aggressively.
- You can find violent drawings of people dying fr defapitation, smashed, etc. (these were children drawings so not a lot of gore and blood are in the drawings, they are not colored either.)
- In one of Harvey's scenes, Jimmy set up a crossbow trap so when Harvey opens the door it shoots at him. When Harvey opens the door the trap sets off and shoots Harvey's upper leg, He pulls it out of his leg and tries to chase after Jimmy. No blood is shown but a little disturbing to some players.
- In one of Harvey's scenes, you can see him threatening Jimmy with a gun saying to him: "Jimmy get out of my hotel!"
- The last scene of Harvey's scene, You see him stabbed in the neck with his hand covering the wound. When he let his hands off of the wound there is blood spewing all over the place, he then falls to the ground. This scene shows for about 5-8 seconds (not a serious amount of blood but can be frightening to some players)
- There is a brief scene in one of the hotel rooms bathroom. No context is shown, all you see and here is glass shards falling, a man yelling at a woman, and some blood falling with some glass shards. This scene is a brief 8 seconds, this may disturb some players.
- Mentions of Jimmy trying to kill himself in Rose's story
- On one of Rose's scenes in the basement, You hear a man in the basement store yelling at someone (you can't see him). Rose is holding a bat running into the room attacking Hugo. No blood is shown but you hear Rose screaming and beating, this scene is 8 seconds long but the violent scene is heard for 2 seconds
- At the end of Rose's story; her last scene, she suicides herself by setting herself on fire with a turpentine and lighter.
- Harvey's story is the most violent but it's not so graphic.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- You can find some alcohol drinks in a chest. Later in Amy's story, she gets drunk off it by being told it was medicine, which is fairly dark.
- When your on Doctor Bose story, you will see a scene of him trying to convince jimmy to take the drug, which is in a syringe.
