- The scenes with the presence of blood might upset some audiences.
- The theme and background of the movie is intense and somewhat disturbing, as the antagonists of the last film want revenge for what happened, so Bryan and his family are in constant threat.
- A car chase has once careful-dad Bryan pushing Kim to drive like a maniac through the streets of Istanbul smashing into cars, barricades and shop fronts while scattering pedestrians.
- Several torture scenes and scenes where people are placed in danger.
- The final fight is pretty brutal and intense.

Violence & Gore
- Bryan and Suko engage in a brutal brawl in the Hammam. The two brutally and repeatedly punch and kick each other, and Suko brutally beats Bryan before pulling a knife, but Bryan flips him onto his back and stabs him with his own knife. The stabbing isn't shown, but strongly implied.
- There's a brutal fight in an alley between Bryan and several Albanians. He fights them with his fists, breaking one man's arm and slamming another's head into a table, and then with sticks that he took from his attackers, and he manages to subdue all of them. He holds a gun to one man's head, but another attacker shoots the man several times in the back and he falls over (small holes are seen on his chest). The attackers then gang up on Bryan and brutally beat him.
- A guy's neck is slightly slashed (shown briefly; he survives), a burlap bag is jammed down over her head, and she's suspended upside down with the intention that she will slowly bleed to death. She is saved however, and doesn't die.
- A man chases Bryan through streets and alleyways. Bryan throws the man into some boxes, but he continues to chase. He catches up and punches Bryan in the face in an alley, but Bryan knocks the man out.
- There's an intense car chase in which a car filled with thugs chases a stolen cab driven by Kimmy and Brian. Bryan and the thugs shoot at each other, and both cars slam into each other and other objects, causing much destruction. The car with the bad guys is eventually hit by a train and bursts into flames.
- A man shoves another man off a bridge.
