Warning: Spoilers
To my conclusion.

Grey fox is Mr Burns.

He was Private in the Flying Hellfish.

And is the owner of the Nuclear Power Plant.

He also does relentless and ruthless tactics to get whatever he wants.

So bad I had to stop

This episode was so bad I had to stop watching. This is a very weird mess. It hardly even counts as a Simpsons episode. The episode is just mostly a monolog from this old British guy. Maybe this was originally a script for something completely different than "The Simpsons"?

The real reason why you can't like this episode or The Day the Humor Changed
santifersan25 February 2023
The Man from G. R. A. M. P. A. is an episode of The Simpsons that unfortunately falls short in comparison to the show's golden era. If this episode had aired in the '90s, the plot and humor would have been similar to that of The Springfield Files, in which the humor came from the serious characters' reactions to the grotesque and eccentric residents of Springfield. Nowadays, the show's humor often consists of adding stand-up comedy-like phrases to any character, even serious ones, and this simply isn't funny. At least this episode is decent to watch, but it's not one to rewatch multiple times. The show's humor has definitely changed for the worse, and while this episode may be enjoyable, it falls far short of the quality of the earlier seasons.
