- Two monsters have sex in a lengthy scene. The deformed woman's breasts are shown, but it's disgusting rather than erotic. Graphic.
- No normal human nudity in the movie. The only thing close to nudity is at the beginning of the movie, when young woman is shown in ripped dress and large parts of her body are visible.

- A lot of shoot-out scenes.
- A lot of gore scenes, including decapitating, splitting of a body in two parts and pulling out intestines. Blood is seen during the attacks.
- Man is ripped in half by an unseen entity and we don't see the actual act but afterward we see him dragging his body along the ground with his intestines trailing behind him and leaking a lot of blood.

- A Cop Shoots A Monster Type Being In The Head (Head Explodes)
- A man who works at a local camp goes out to repair a faulty electric box when the lights go out. He's attacked from behind and his head forced into the electric panel and is electrocuted for about 20-30 seconds. . He's still alive but is attacked. Someone thrusts their hands into his body and pulls out his intestines. Very graphic scene. He dies after this.
- An arm and leg are thrown through a glass window - Blood coming out of the severe limbs
- A deformed woman breaks down a door and is holding a severed head
- A man gets his heart ripped out from behind. You can see the heart in someone's hand for a bit held in front of his body. He turns round and had his tongue pulled out by the same deformed woman who attacked him. Very graphic scene
