- Vince prepares to film in Italy. Eric's luncheon date with Sloan doesn't go as planned. Drama considers leaving the business, and Turtle tries to win back Jamie-Lynn Sigler. Ari and his wife debate on whether or not to buy his old company.
- Just before Vince heads to Italy to film his next movie, Matt Damon - along with Bono and LeBron James - strong-arms him to get involved in his charity. Matt sponsors the One by One foundation, who provide food for needy kids in America and worldwide. He wants celebrities to be attached to draw attention to this issue. Vince sends a check for $10K, but Matt runs into Vince at the airport with Lebron, and shames him into donating a check for $150K. Vince was flying private to Italy, and Lebron donated $ 1 million. Turtle has a hook-up with Brooke, but he cannot get over Jamie-Lynn, so he heads to Auckland, New Zealand to get her back. Just when he gets on the plane, he gets a call from Jamie who says that Turtle should not come to New Zealand as she could be gone for over 5 years and that Turtle should move on with his life. Turtle lands in NZ and takes a flight to Rome (where Vince is supposed to be shooting).
Drama chooses to give up acting, only to head back in for another Melrose audition. Lloyd tells Drama that Melrose place people want him to test. Drama is undecided for the longest time, but then realizes that deep down he is an actor. He heads for the audition and does a great audition. But Drama doesn't get the part as the network thinks Drama is too old for the part. They go younger. But The Network also says that they want to develop something for Drama to star in and offer him a holding deal. Drama gets a deal and can go to Italy with Vince.
Ari faces two obstacles in buying Terrance's (Malcolm McDowell) company: convincing his wife that it's not personal (That Ari is not doing this just to get back at Terrance and Lloyd) Mrs Ari is angry that she already put up her trust fund money to fund Ari's old agency. The money that which she hasn't see back yet, & now Ari wants her to put up another $ 12 M as his share to buy out Terrance. Initially, the company was going to buy-out Terrance, but the company doesn't have enough cash-flow, so the bank has asked both Ari and Barbara to put up a personal guarantee. Melissa is afraid that for Ari, buying out Terrance is only about pay-back. Ari admits that he wants to destroy Terrance and Adam Davies. But Ari maintains that the agency is good business and that he if doesn't buy Terrance, someone else will. And that would be bad for business.
Secondly, Terrance has added a last-minute addendum to the contract saying that he can retain the name of his agency in the new merged entity. Ari walks out on Terrance when he pulls the addendum bit.
Terrance comes over to Ari's office & apologizes for kicking him out back in the day. Terrance says that Ari is the only one who can ensure the continuance of the Terrance name for the next 50 years and wants him to buy the agency. Ari agrees and also agrees to let Terrance keep his name. Ari walks back into the Terrance agency and starts paint-balling everyone whom he wants fired. He takes particular pleasure in paint balling Adam Davies. He gives Lloyd 24 hrs to return to him as his assistant. Lloyd refuses Ari. Ari apologizes to Lloyd & offers him a position as an agent in his new merged agency.
Sloan agrees to have lunch with E. E plans to win over Sloan. He takes her to her favorite place by the sea-side. E tells her that he still loves her. Sloan says that the last time he bailed on her in 5 minutes, when his gang wanted to leave. E says he will commit to Sloan and proposes to her. After a successful marriage proposal, Eric stays behind with Sloan, while Drama and Vince head to Italy.
