Sex & Nudity

- There are nude black and white photographs on a wall of a woman's bare breasts, and two women's butts from the side.
- A man and a woman make out. She lies on the bed and she takes his shirt off. He licks her toes and thrusts on top of her. As he thrusts on top of her, he makes obnoxious noises and yells about climaxing inside her, she also does. They both climax, and the obnoxious noises stop. No nudity is shown, but very graphic.
- A man imagines having sex with his dead wife. She takes off his shirt and they kiss. A man watches as the man thrusts into the tombstone. No nudity is shown.
- Breasts of an old woman are shown in a non-sexual scene.
- Multiple scenes showing male buttocks.
- Man is shown with celery sticking out off his buttocks while he his shown fully naked with his hands covering his penis and pubic hair although it is slightly seen.
- A man cries and begs another man to help him. The man crying takes off his pants and his buttocks are seen he tells him that he can preform different sexual acts on him or on other objects.
Violence & Gore

- Multiple sequences of both graphic and non-graphic violence. It ranges from a few short punches to blood spurts to even gruesome acts, such as ripping out throats in graphic detail.
- In one scene, Vicki tries to take a bullet out of MacGruber's leg. This is shown in graphic detail and the bullet hole is rather disgusting. Vicki also reaches in with some pliers to remove the bullet, and she keeps digging inside his leg. Overall, pretty disgusting.
- At the end of the film, Cunth re-appears, his face grotesque & disfigured. MacGruber also pulls Cunth's pants down to reveal a bloody hole where his penis should be. It is a rather gross sequence.
