The first shot of the episode shows the east side of the U.S. Capitol dome undamaged, but various later shots show extensive damage to the dome on inconsistent sides.
Various characters refer to Senator Clemente as Joyce, but the name plate in front of her in the hearing room gives her first name as Jane.
When Wedeck asks Mark "Why can't you remember everything?" the camera position is behind Mark and it shows his head is cocked to the right. When the angle changes to a close-up of Mark for his answer, his head is cocked to the left.
When Wedeck is talking on the phone, Senator Clemente approaches him and he tells his wife: "I'm going to have to call you back", the camera is positioned behind him and is noticeable that his mouth does not move while he is talking.
Several agents are shown taking polygraph tests and reciting what their flashforward memories were. A polygraph only works for yes or no answers to measure deception. It would not work on narratives as was shown. A VSA or voice stress analysis would be used for such a task.
(at around 1 min) The president offers Wedeck the position "Director of Homeland Security, a position in my Cabinet." The head of Homeland Security who sits in the president's Cabinet has the title of Secretary, not Director.
Obviously 2-dimensional capitol building in one sweeping shot.
The gun thugs attacking the FBI agents are later shown to be trained professionals. Yet the second one attacking Janis fires only once, then waits so she can draw and fire her weapon. A trained professional would have fired multiple times and confirmed the kill.
