- Kirby can inhale enemies or objects and can spit at enemies at them.
- The Ranger ability happens to be a copy ability where Kirby wields a gun, however the gun doesn't shoot actual bullets, instead both "normal" Ranger and Noble Ranger shoot out star-shaped projectiles.
- Mild cartoonish violence, no gore.

- Some bosses (mostly towards the end) are somewhat intimidating.
- The ending cutscene for the post game could be very emotional, though only briefly before it goes right back to being extremely happy.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A brainwashed King Dedede sneakily cages Elfilin after the battle in an abandoned church within Winter Horns and flies away with a flock of parrots carrying strings, leaving Kirby and Bandana Waddle Dee to watch as Dedede takes off after trying to catch them, this scene is considered upsetting.
- Fecto Forgo in its larval form when it opens its eyes could be considered a mild jumpscare.
- Fecto Forgo in its Chimera form can be considered the most frightening boss in the game.
