Gerry Anderson's first wife, Betty Wrightman (who was married to him from 1953-1960) was due to filmed for this documentary but unfortunately died six days before the scheduled interview date date.
Co-producer Jamie Anderson said that he wanted to get his half-brother, Dr Gerry Anderson Jnr's, input into this documentary. However Dr Anderson , who resided in Australia, was too ill to participate. Sadly Dr Anderson (who was an anesthetist) died of cancer just a year after this documentary was released.
Jamie Anderson said that he asked his step-sister Jacqueline (who was Sylvia Andersons daughter from her first marriage) to participate in this documentary but she refused.
This documentary film was given a nationwide UK theatrical screening for one day only, on April 9th 2022, four days before it was released on streaming and DVD.
