Fun season opener

Warning: Spoilers
The sixth season of this fun series got off to a good start with a sheik being conned into thinking Emma is really Kylie Minogue and can, for a price perform at a private party for him. This entertaining con was just a starter and was over by the time the credits started. The main con involved trying to fleece a disreputable banker who walked away from his job with a huge pension despite the fact that his actions nearly led to the bank collapsing.

Mickey and the team they are more deserving of the money so set out to persuade him that they are representing the "Bank of California" and want him for a job in the United States, of course they offer to help transfer his pension fund starting with a rather large cash deposit. The situation is made more difficult when a newly transferred senior fraud squad officer approaches Mickey and tells him that he is her number one priority.

Of course we know that our band of con artists will succeed the only question is how will they do it? As before we aren't shown everything in the run up to the con so that at the end we can be shown the key details which turn the apparent disaster into a success. As always the story doesn't seem too realistic but the superior cast make us accept it even when they break the fourth wall with a knowing wink to the camera.
